Dr. Tamara Powell
Direct Primary Care
HOW IT WORKS
You pay a recurring
membership fee and receive:
The full attention of your personal physician without any intervening staff.
Longer visits (30-60 minutes) than at
a traditional doctor's office.
CONTACT US
Direct Primary Clinics deliver quality care at an affordable price. Third-parties (insurances) are not involved, which eliminates unnecessary administrative costs that do not contribute to patient care. The model emphasizes ongoing and preventative care. A periodic (typically monthly) membership fee is paid directly to the DPC physician to better reflect the ongoing relationship. Caring for a patient goes well beyond the interaction during an office visit. Adding a low cost health share or catastrophic plan to the total yearly fee for DPC could cost much less than traditional insurance.
Dr. Powell is not currently accepting new patients. Please
email
Dr. Powell here to be placed on a waiting list for membership.
